These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Super Smoothie Lab mobile application (the "App"). The App is operated by an independent developer based in Portugal ("we", "us", or "the operator"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and (where applicable) our Community Guidelines.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and at least 18 to access community features. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share an account, impersonate someone else, or use another person's account without permission.
Smoothie scores, drivers, and tips are general informational guidance. They are not medical, dietary, or therapeutic advice. Talk to a qualified professional for any specific health concern. Do not rely on the App to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Premium subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their terms. The App offers monthly and yearly subscription plans at the prices shown on the in-app purchase screen at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing or cancelling: you can manage or cancel a subscription only through your platform account (Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play subscriptions), not in-app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
Refunds: we do not process refunds directly. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for Play Store purchases must be made through Google Play. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions: deleting your account in the App does not automatically cancel your Apple or Google subscription. Cancel the subscription in your platform account before deleting the account.
You keep ownership of the recipes, posts, and comments you create. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, moderate, and remove your content as required to operate the service and comply with applicable platform rules and law.
Do not use the App to harass others, post unsafe health claims, spam, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape data, or attack our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that pose a safety risk.
You can delete your account at any time from the in-app Privacy section. Some records (legal, financial, abuse-related) may be retained for as long as required by law or to enforce our rights.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that scores or tips will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the version and effective date above and ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use features that depend on it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Portugal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
