Community Guidelines

Effective date: 28 April 2026 · Version 2026-04

The Super Smoothie Lab community is a place to share blends, find ideas, and support each other. These Guidelines exist to keep it safe and useful. They apply to anyone who reads, posts, comments, or otherwise uses the community surface in the App.

If you see something harmful, use the in-app "Report" action on the post, comment, or user, or email us at help.supersmoothie@gmail.com. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

1. Respect and safety

Treat others with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, impersonation, or encouragement of self-harm or eating-disorder behaviour are not allowed.

2. Honest smoothie content

Share truthful smoothie experiences only. Do not post dangerous health claims, medical promises, spam, scams, or misleading before/after content. Smoothies are food, not medicine.

3. Privacy and personal data

Do not post private personal information about yourself or anyone else. Private profiles are visible only to the account owner. Blocking is mutual in effect — when you block someone, neither of you sees the other's content.

4. Moderation and enforcement

Users can report posts, comments, and users. We may review, limit, hide, or remove content or accounts that violate these rules or store requirements. Repeated or severe violations can lead to account restriction or termination.

5. Underage access

Community features are restricted to users aged 18 or older. Attempting to bypass age-based limits may lead to access restrictions.

6. License and responsibility

You keep ownership of your content, but you allow the App to display, moderate, and remove it as needed to operate the community safely and comply with platform rules.

7. What happens when we receive a report

Every in-app report and abuse email is logged and triaged by the moderation team. We aim to make a decision within 24 hours of receiving a report. Reports for safety-critical content (threats, sexual content, child safety, self-harm) are prioritised. We do not reveal who reported a piece of content.

8. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you believe it was a mistake, email help.supersmoothie@gmail.com with the post or account details. We will review and respond.
